In www.chandniarts.com we take care of the Security and Confidentiality of the data provided by our customers. When a customer places an order at our Store, personal details, such as address, payment or any other data provided, is only used to solely transact the order, and/or to provide information on supplies and services that can be of interest.
It will be understood that the customer accepts the conditions when completing and for accepting any of the forms of collection of data. The customer responds in any case of the veracity for the data facilitated, reserving www.chandniarts.com the right to exclude from the registered services all USER who has provided data which cannot be verified.
Wholesale orders will only be processed by direct contact through info@chandniarts.com and it is only available for those specialized commerce providing the veracity of their enterprise activity. In no case will any individual customer qualify for wholesale rates, unless the quantity of the goods ordered meets the requirements.
At present our only payment methods are through Paypal and/or Bank transfer only. For Bank transfer payments, you should send an email to us with the references of products which you are interested in and we shall send you a proforma invoice with the Bank details to proceed with the payments.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Online Shipping Charges and Shipping Methods are only available for orders placed in Spain. All other countries will select Internation Shipping (We will calculate) from the drop down menu, at the Check out pages, and we will send them the calculated shipping rates through a PayPal Payment Invoice for them to accept.
